What a privilege and ton of fun it was to share some time with these two legends, Emile Studham and Paul Roo's discussing leadership, culture and the intersection of wellness and performance.

Paul And Emile are co founders of Performance By Design and are a part of an extraordinary group of leaders from the professional sports and business world.
